5つのストーリーが次第に絡み合っていき1つの物語に・・・ここまでは良くある話だが、後半でも登場するだまし絵が、まさに本書を比喩している。なかなか、読む者を惑わせメビウスの輪のように感じさせられる。冷静に考えて解けた快感はパズルを解いた時のよう。
なかなか斬新な冊。
