会議の運営、ファシリテーション能力について”テクニック”を論理的なストーリーと共にまとめた1冊。「ザ・ファシリテーション」と同様にストーリーを通じて各種テクニックを示す形式だが、こちらはストーリー部分がおまけに近く、また全体的に内容が（いい意味で）シンプルなのでテクニック部分がわかりやすい。こうした簡単な本をテキストに、何度も読み返すのが、身につきやすいんだろうと思う。
