タイトルは工学だが、工学だけではなく運転・作業管理・定検といった原子力の業務、及び関連するRCM・不適合といった概念、産業構造まで、概略を把握できる。図表も多用されており、専門書ではあるが難解な類ではない。一般の人が、ゼロベースで原子力の保守業務・工学を学ぶのに最適な1冊であった。欲を言うと用語集を完備してあれば尚良かった。
そうは言っても、専門書の類をこの値段は非常にありがたい。
